Ceramic substrate is a commonly used electronic packaging substrate material with advantages such as good insulation, low dielectric loss, small thermal expansion coefficient, and high thermal conductivity. Typical products are alumina ceramic substrates and aluminum nitride ceramic substrates.
Jinghui Ceramic has extensive experience in manufacturing ceramic substrates and can perform proofing or mass production according to customer drawings and requirements.
Alumina Ceramic Substrates
Alumina ceramics are excellent raw materials for electronic ceramic substrates because of their high mechanical strength, insulation, high temperature resistance, good stability, high cost performance, good resistance to thermal shock, and the ability to form a sealed brazing with metals. Alumina ceramic substrates are widely used in thick film circuits, thin film circuits, hybrid circuits, multi-chip components, and high-power IGBT modules.
Jinghui Ceramic mainly supplies 96% and 99.6% alumina ceramic substrates. The standard substrate thickness includes 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.38mm, 0.5mm, 0.635mm, 0.76mm, 0.8mm, 0.89mm and 1mm. The board types include As Fired, Lapped and Polished.
Aluminum Nitride Ceramic Substrates
Aluminum nitride ceramic substrates have excellent thermal conductivity, reliable electrical insulation, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss. They are ideal heat dissipation and packaging materials for LED lighting, large-scale integrated circuits, semiconductor module circuits and high-power devices.
We offer a variety of standard thicknesses including 0.2mm, 0.38mm, 0.5mm, 0.635mm, and 1mm. The board types include As Fired, Lapped and Polished.
Metallied Ceramic Substrates
Unlike traditional circuit boards made of organic materials such as fiberglass or epoxy resin, ceramic circuit boards are made of ceramic materials, which give them unique properties and functions. One of the outstanding features is their excellent thermal conductivity, making them the first choice for applications that require efficient thermal management; excellent electrical performance (especially at high frequencies) makes them particularly suitable for radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications; high mechanical strength and durability, allowing them to withstand challenging mechanical stress and vibration.
Jinghui Ceramic specializes in the production of metallized ceramic substrates, and is proficient in surface treatment processes for ceramic substrates such as Mo-Mn metallization, chemical nickel plating, silver firing, and direct bonded copper (DBC). With proofing and mass production capabilities.
