Ceramics for Pressure Sensors
Ceramic pressure sensors are a common type of pressure sensor that uses ceramic materials as sensitive elements. They are usually used to measure the pressure of liquids or gases in pipes, containers and other equipment. Due to the characteristics of high precision, high sensitivity, corrosion resistance and long life, ceramic pressure sensors have been widely used in many industries, such as pressure measurement in automobile exhaust pipes or brake systems, and in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for process control and pressure monitoring to prevent leaks and accidents.

Thermocouple Protection Tubes
Thermocouples are commonly used temperature measuring elements, often used to measure the temperature of gases or liquids in furnaces and pipelines and the surface temperature of solids. Since thermocouple electrodes are susceptible to oxidation, corrosion, etc., they need to be placed in protective sleeves for protection. Alumina ceramics are resistant to high temperatures, have stable chemical properties, and have good insulation properties at high temperatures, so they are often used as high-temperature thermocouple protective shells.

Ceramic Yarn Guides for Textile Machinery
In the weaving process, ceramic yarn guides are used to guide the yarn/thread or other fiber materials to move along a predetermined path, ensuring that the yarn enters the spinning wheel or loom correctly. The ceramic yarn guide is made of high-quality ceramic material, which is resistant to high temperature and wear. The yarn running area is ground and polished, making the yarn passing smoother.
