Metallized Ceramics
Ceramic surface metallization is a treatment method that deposits a metal coating on the ceramic surface. This method can provide the ceramic surface with better conductivity, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, thereby expanding the application range of ceramics.
Jinghui Ceramic produces a variety of high-purity alumina metallized ceramics. The products are mainly used in high-voltage and high-current applications. The industry fields include vacuum electronics, medical care, new energy vehicles, and aerospace.
Ceramic Insulator Tubes for Vacuum Interrupters
The vacuum interrupter is the core component of medium and high voltage power switches. Through the excellent insulation of the vacuum in the tube, the medium and high voltage circuit can quickly extinguish the arc and suppress the current after the power is cut off, avoiding accidents and incidents. The vacuum interrupter usually uses a ceramic insulator tube.
Our high-reliability ceramic tubes have Mo-Mn metallization and nickel plating on the end faces, allowing customers to assemble sealed products.
Ceramic Housings for New Energy Vehicle Relays
High-voltage DC relays are key components to ensure the safety of new energy vehicles. Without them, electric vehicles cannot start, drive or stop. The ceramic housing provides excellent insulation and high strength, excellent high temperature and aging resistance, and has strong arc extinguishing ability.
Jinghui Ceramic supplies high-purity alumina ceramics, which are metallized and can be directly brazed with Kovar alloy and copper components. They have good sealing, good insulation and reliable quality.
Microwave Oven Magnetron Ceramics
The magnetron is the core component of the microwave oven, and is a vacuum electron tube that generates and emits microwaves. Household microwave ovens generally use continuous wave magnetrons, which often use axial energy output devices. The output antenna is generally made into a strip or rod shape, one end of which is directly connected to the anode wing to absorb the microwave energy in the anode cavity, and the other end extends outside the tube and is sealed with a ceramic vacuum.
Our magnetron ceramics have uniform texture and good stability. The metal layer is dense, continuous, flat and has good weldability. It is suitable for brazing different materials such as copper, aluminum, and Kovar alloy.
