Ceramic Tubes are the most widely used Ceramic Components in modern industry. They are commonly made out of alumina (Al2O3), mullite(3Al2O3. 2SiO2), Silicon Nitride (Si3N4), and other similar types of ceramic materials. Still, all ceramic tubes have excellent high-temperature stability, excellent electrical insulation, and high wear resistance, but they are also resistant to chemical corrosion, antistatic, and easy to clean. ● Available alumina grades range from 75% to 99.8% purity. The white, black, ivory, and gray colors are derived from the sintering additives.
2. Zirconia(ZrO2)Ceramic Tube
● Available types of zirconia: Yttria stabilized zirconia, magnesia stabilized zirconia, and Ceria stabilized zirconia
3. Mullite Ceramic Tube
●They are porous ceramic tubes with good thermal shock and don’t create deformation or crack with high-temperature fluctuations.

By Types of Machining
1. Fine Grinding
Both external and internal grinding can be conducted in-house. The dimensional tolerance of diameters can reach ±0.005mm.
2. CNC Machining
Many detailed geometries of ceramic components must be CNC machined and the dimensional tolerance to be ±0.002mm.
3. Drilling and Tapping
Multi-holes at profile and thread are not easy to mold directly, so a drilling and tapping process is needed to complete custom designs.
Both external and internal grinding can be conducted in-house. The dimensional tolerance of diameters can reach ±0.005mm.

By Surface Finishes
1. Polishing
All internal & external surfaces of technical ceramic tubing can be polished in-house to the mirror surface.
2. Glazing
Glass glaze is applied to the appearance of ceramic pipes to enhance the electrical insulation and surface quality of ceramic tubes.
3. Metallizing
It’s an advanced surface treatment. A metallic layer is deposited onto the designated section of ceramic tubes, and then it can be directly brazed with various metal components.
