General Textile Ceramics
General Textile Ceramics widely use in a variety of spinning machinery, DTY machinery, they are regular made from high purity alumina (Al2O3), zirconia (ZrO2) and titania (TiO2) because of their exceptional wear resistance, oxidization resistance, resistant-chemistry and antistatic characteristics. In order to reduce the friction between wires and Ceramic Guide, the contact area between threads and Ceramic parts will be commonly polished to be mirror surface. With the ceramic component application in the textile industries, it greatly reduces the numbers of the maintenance times, moreover, prolong the lifetime of machinery.
