3. How to use the Pepper Mill Mechanism ?

Open the top of the Pepper Mill Mechanism to access the grinding chamber where the peppercorns or spices will go.
Add the peppercorns or spices to the grinding chamber. Be sure not to overfill, as this can cause the mechanism to get jammed.
Adjust the coarseness of the grind using the adjustment knob. Turn the knob clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind.
Hold the Pepper Mill Mechanism firmly in one hand and turn the handle with the other hand.
Turn the handle clockwise to grind the peppercorns or spices. The ground spices will come out of the bottom of the mechanism.
Continue turning the handle until you have ground the desired amount of spices.
If there are remaining spices in the grinding chamber, you can simply close the top until the next use.
Clean the Pepper Mill Mechanism regularly by wiping it with a clean, damp cloth.
