Vacuum Ceramic Component
Our facility has specialized in making vacuum Ceramic Components since 2008; with our comprehensive manufacturing equipment and advanced technologies, the services we offer include the following:
1. Types of ceramic components: tubes and cylinders, rings, rods, and various customized configurations per client’s specifications.
2. Selection of raw materials: mainly including aluminum oxide (Al2O3), zirconium oxide (ZrO2), and aluminum nitride (AlN)
3. From small-size to large-size part: The max. outer diameter up to 200mm, the min. outer diameter is small to 2mm.
4. Tight tolerance: all Ceramic parts can be precisely machined in-house to reach an ideal fitting relationship with synergetic components.
5. Optional Ceramic Metallization: typical molybdenum - manganese (Mo/Mn), Tungsten (W) by silk screen or vacuum sputtering
6. Optional metallic coating on metallization: typical nickel (Ni), direct silver (Ag), gold (Au), Tin (Sn), and direct bonded copper (Cu). You’ll find the typical specifications as follows:

Metallized Ceramics for Vacuum Feedthroughs
- StructureVacuum feedthrough usually consists of two parts: the conductive part and the insulating part. The conductive part is made of metal materials, and the insulating part is made of advanced ceramic materials.
Ceramics cannot be directly welded to metal parts. The ceramic surface needs to be metallized first, and then the metallized ceramic is brazed to the metal parts.
