JingHui Industry is a fast growing reliable and credible Metalized Ceramics manufacturer. The company has been dedicating to produce a diversity of metalized ceramics over for 13 years, mainly including alumina metalized ceramics, zirconia metalized ceramics, metalized Ceramic Substrates. The expertise and veteran engineering team deeply understand the applications of metalized ceramics, know how to ensure both insulation breakdown and brazing strength, know how to get a ideal fitting relationship between the assemblies. We are at customers` orientation, always offer some constructive solutions based on the practical difficulties and issues encountered in the application. If you are still suffering from some problems that can`t get it done well, please don`t waste another second and come with us, our trustworthy team will be to turn it around for you.
What`s the metalized ceramics?
Advanced Ceramic Components have been widely used in a high voltage, high current and high-pressure vacuum electronical and electronic devices, such as power feedthroughs, vacuum interrupters, X-ray tubes, gas discharge tube and so on. The joining of metals to Ceramic parts will be involved in these applications. The preferred jointing process between the ceramic components and metal parts in these devices is to brazing. The critical problem is the poor wettability of ceramics by filler alloys. In order to overcome the issue, applying a metallic layer on ceramic surface, and then the metallic layer will adhere with ceramic body tightly after high-temperature firing. This special surface treatment for fine ceramics is known as "ceramic metallizing". The most widely known metallization process is the "Moly-Manganese" process.
Why choose us?
1. Support prototyping needs for all kinds of Metallized Ceramics
2. One-stop purchasing for various Metallized Ceramic Insulator
3. Perform IQC, IPQC, QA, OQC as per ISO9001:2015 rigorously
4. Flexible delivery schedule and 99% on-time shipping
